Additionally, I had to go to 'Windows Subsystems for Android', turn on Developer mode and change Memory allocation to High (8 GB) and Advanced networking to On. Both app stores allow users to give an app a rating of one to five stars and leave a written comment justifying their rating. After following the steps above, you'll find Google Play Store in your Start menu and can install apps you are entitled to from your account.
